Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. The Service is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution in any jurisdiction. All trading decisions you make are made independently and at your own risk.

2. Accuracy of Data

Data displayed on the Service — including but not limited to news sentiment, economic calendar events, forecasts, actuals, Commitment of Traders (COT) positioning, put/call ratios, and asset scorecards — is aggregated from third-party sources and AI-assisted analysis. While we aim for accuracy, we make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the completeness, timeliness, or correctness of any data presented. Always verify critical information independently before making financial decisions.

3. No Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HB Macro Intelligence, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data inaccuracies.

4. Subscription & Payment

Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription. International subscribers are billed $20 USD per month via PayPal on a recurring basis until cancelled. Subscribers in Malawi may pay MWK 40,000 per month via bank transfer or mobile money, subject to manual verification, typically completed within 24 hours. Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent payment activity, abuse of the platform, or any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted where practical.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Malawi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by the law of your jurisdiction of residence.
